Reports Manager+

The Reports page turns your activity into charts and totals, so you can see how the business is doing. It's available to managers and admins.

Choosing what to look at

At the top of the page:

• Period - quick presets (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, this month) or a custom date range.
• Group by - Day, Week, or Month, which sets how the time charts are bucketed.
• Location - admins can filter to one location; managers always see their own.

The four sections

1. Bookings - total bookings, volume over time, a breakdown by status, a per-location comparison, and the spread of work stages.
2. Towing - total tow requests, volume over time, status breakdown, and per-location comparison.
3. Clients - new customers over time, how many are new versus returning, and your top clients by number of bookings.
4. Workplaces - bookings per workplace, plus your busiest hours of the day and busiest days of the week.

Exporting

Each section has an Export CSV button that downloads its data as a spreadsheet file, so you can analyse it further or share it.

TIP

Reports always reflect the period and location you've chosen at the top, so set those first.
