Locations

A location is a place your business operates from - a workshop, a towing base, a store, or a dismantling yard. Customers browse your locations and book against them.

Viewing locations Manager+

Open Locations from the menu to see your company's locations, each with its address, the kinds of work it does, and counts of workplaces, employees, and pending invitations.

Managers can view their own location; admins see and manage all of them.

Adding a location Admin only

Adding a location is a short, guided form with three parts:

  1. Basic information
    • Name, address, city.
    • Map position - drop a pin (or search) so customers can find and navigate to you, and so "nearest first" works for them.
    • Activity types - Service, Towing, Store, Dismantling (one or more).
    • Facilities - Wi-Fi, number of parking spots.
    • Tow fare per km (towing locations only, optional) - the per-km rate shown to customers on the location card and the tow request form; informational, no total is computed.
    • Video URL (optional) - a YouTube link shown on the location page.
  2. Business hours - set opening and closing times for each day, or mark a day closed or open 24 hours. You can set several days at once.
  3. Photos - upload a logo and gallery images (up to nine). You can reorder and remove them.

Tap Save to create the location.

Editing a location Admin only

Open a location and tap Edit to change any of the above. Saving applies the changes immediately.

WARNING

Deleting a location also removes its workplaces, photos, and related data. The app asks you to confirm first.

Public visibility

Customers browse a cross-company marketplace, so every location is reviewed by the platform team before it becomes publicly visible:

  • Saving a new location automatically submits it for review - no extra step. Its status starts as Pending review.
  • The current status (Pending review / Public / Rejected) is shown as a colored chip next to the page title when editing a location, and as a column in the locations list.
  • Once approved, the location appears in the customer app. Editing it later does not require a new review.
  • The platform team can remove a location from public view at any time (for example, for inappropriate photos or spam). You are notified, and the location shows a warning banner.
  • A rejected or removed location can be fixed and resubmitted for review from the banner on its edit page.
