Your vehicles

Your vehicles are the cars you can book repairs or tows for. You can keep as many as you like.

TIP

You need at least one vehicle before you can book a service or request a tow.

Seeing your vehicles

Open My vehicles from the menu or the home screen. Each vehicle shows its manufacturer, model, year, and license plate (the plate is how the shop identifies your car).

Adding a vehicle

  1. On the vehicles screen, tap Add.
  2. Choose how to enter the car:
    • From the catalog - pick the manufacturer, then the model from the built-in vehicle catalog. This is the quickest way and keeps names consistent.
    • Custom - if your car isn't in the catalog, switch to custom entry and type the manufacturer and model yourself.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • License plate (required) - how the shop recognises your car.
    • Year - prefilled with the current year; change it if needed.
    • VIN (optional) - the 17-character vehicle identification number.
  4. Tap Save.

What happens next: your vehicle is saved and you return to wherever you started - if you were in the middle of booking, the app brings you right back to continue.

Document reminders

Your service shop can set reminders on your vehicles: ITP (technical inspection), RCA (insurance), vignette, or custom ones like "Oil change". They appear read-only on your vehicle, together with the location that set them.

You get notifications 30, 7, and 1 day before each date, plus one when it has passed. The notification points to the shop's location page, where the address, map, and a Book button are one tap away. The vehicles list shows all reminders; ones expiring soon appear in orange and expired ones in red.

Editing or removing a vehicle

  1. Open My vehicles and tap the vehicle you want to change.
  2. Update any field and tap Save, or tap Delete to remove it.
  3. Deleting asks for confirmation first.

Adding a vehicle while booking

If you start a booking or a tow request with no vehicle on file, the app sends you to the add-vehicle screen first, then returns you to the booking once the car is saved - you don't lose your place.
